Standard Delivery

 

FREE Standard Delivery on all orders shipped to addresses within mainland UK.

 

Standard deliveries take approximately 3-4 days and take place Monday to Friday (excluding bank or public holidays). A signature will be required upon receipt.

Please note that delivery charges will apply to overseas orders. We will inform you of the overseas shipping charge before we send your goods.

 

Alternative Delivery Address

We can send your goods to an address different to that of your billing address. When ordering, please insert the details of your preferred delivery location.

 

Returns

We hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your purchase, but if not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt of goods. Returned items must be unused, unlaundered and in the original packaging.

 

We are sorry that we cannot refund any postage charges, but we will deliver any replacement goods to you free-of-charge.

 

Before your return the goods, please notify us by email (within the 14 day period) that you wish to cancel your order and that you are returning the item(s). We will offer you a full refund for the cost of your goods.
 

It may take up to 10 working days to process your returned parcel. We will need to confirm that the goods have not been used and are in their original packaging. When we have completed the process, we will confirm this to you by email or post. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund payment to appear on your credit card statement.

Returning Faulty Items

 

It very seldom happens, but when it does, we are disappointed. If you do receive a faulty item, please notify us by email (customerservice@thermasoft.co.uk) within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide an arrangement for the goods to be returned and for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional charge.  

 

Please follow the instructions below:

 

1) Repackage the product in the original packaging.

2) Email our Customer Services team to obtain an authorisation code before returning faulty goods. (customerservice@thermasoft.co.uk)

3) Provide a brief explanation, indicating why the product is faulty, and enclose with your parcel.
4) Affix an address label to the outside of your parcel to Thermasoft Limited
